You need to come before noon. This is the coolest part of the day and the selection is at its best. We have many types of cherries but they go fast.
When you pick the cherries it is best to leave the stems on the tree.
It tends to be warm so dress accordingly. This is also an outdoor activity so you tend to get dirty.
There is also some walking around to find a good tree so wear walking shoes.
We provide the buckets for picking and bags to take the cherries home.
Our trees are short so ladders are not needed.
We have portable sanitation at the orchard.
If you need any assistance feel free to ask.
We ask that you please follow these rules when picking at our orchard. They are for your safety and for us to maintain a healthy orchard for your return. Thank you.
Rules:
No eating of cherries is allowed in the orchard. It is fine to test a tree to see if is ripe.
What ever cherries you pick you must buy.
No ladders, chairs, strollers, or ice chests can be used in the orchard and are not allowed in
the orchard.
No climbing in the trees or breaking of the branches is allowed. The breaking of the
branches keeps us from being able to harvest cherries from that branch in future years.
